The brief
Audrey's Purple Dream raises money so people fighting cancer can take a break from treatment and have a wish come true. It is run by a dedicated community of volunteers in Northern Minnesota.
Behind the scenes, everything ran on Google Forms and paper: volunteer signups, applications for assistance and event details were scattered and handled by hand. The organization needed one central website that does that work for them, and that is easy for volunteers, families and sponsors to use.
What we built
A fundraiser events hub
Every fundraiser in one place, from the fishing tournament and Purple Plunge to the Motorcycle Fund Run and Purple Plaid 5K, with dates, live countdowns, details and winner lists.
Digital volunteer signup
A simple online form that replaced paper signups, so new volunteers can join the Dream Team in a minute.
An online application for assistance
The full application for families facing cancer, digitized so it is easy to submit, find and manage.
Sponsors and donations
A sponsors page with every business, what they gave and links to them, plus a Donate button in the header on every page.
