1. Services

We provide creative and digital services which may include custom logo design, branding, website design, social media design, animation, and publishing and ghostwriting, as described on our website or in a written proposal.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be defined in a proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement.

2. Quotes, Scope, and Change Requests

Quotes are based on the scope provided at the time of estimation. Any new requests, added pages, added deliverables, or additional revisions may require a revised quote and timeline.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely access to required materials (content, brand assets, logins, feedback)
• Review deliverables and respond within a reasonable time
• Confirm that any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights

Delays in feedback or materials may shift timelines.

4. Revisions and Approvals

Unless stated otherwise in writing, projects include a limited number of revision rounds appropriate to the package you purchase. Once you approve a deliverable (in writing or by proceeding to the next stage), additional changes may be billed.

5. Payments

Invoices are payable according to the payment terms stated on the invoice or proposal. Work may pause if payments are overdue.

Third-party costs (hosting, domains, plugins, fonts, stock media, printing, app store fees) are typically billed separately unless clearly included in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Before full payment: All drafts, concepts, and working files remain our property.

After full payment: You receive rights to the final deliverables as defined in your agreement.

We may use the final work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing and we agree.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Publishing and Ghostwriting

For publishing or ghostwriting services, you remain responsible for the legality of the content and any claims made in the work. Where applicable, you are also responsible for platform compliance (for example, Amazon KDP rules) and account ownership.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales growth, rankings, ad performance, or publishing results, as outcomes depend on market conditions and third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designzhub360 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. You are responsible for payment for work completed and any non-cancellable costs incurred up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules.
