The challenge
Infinite Acqua Solutions sells water filtration products online and rents, installs and services systems for homes and businesses across Southern California. The owner looked at a long list of rental subscription tools, and almost none of them were flexible enough for how his business actually works.
The store side could follow a normal checkout. The rental side could not. A rental client needs to book first, then get the system installed, and only then move to payment, with every service visit after that tracked in one place. No ready-made option handled both journeys on one website.

A custom rental subscription flow
Built from scratch around his process: book, install, then pay, with monthly plans for residential systems and bottleless office coolers.
A full online store
Reverse osmosis systems, replacement filters, structured water and accessories, organized for residential and commercial buyers.
A customer portal
A custom portal where rental clients log in to manage their rental, see their plan and pricing, and keep tabs on payments and every service visit on their system.

Dedicated pages for rentals, installation and service, and the Southern California areas the team covers.

Product sales and rental subscriptions run from the same website, instead of separate tools that don't talk to each other.
Rentals that follow the real process
