The brief
Tip Top Tattoo has served the Port Richey community since 2014. As part of a wider refresh of the studio, they needed a website that shows off their artists, sells their merch and aftercare, and makes a first visit simple.
Every tattoo and piercing starts with paperwork: a consent form, a liability waiver and an ID check. In Florida, those forms have to meet health department requirements, and the ID check and signature have to hold up legally. The studio wanted all of it done right and available online, instead of relying on generic templates and paper at the front desk.
What we built
A website and online store
Artist pages, aftercare guidance, upcoming events and a full shop for clothing and aftercare products, with price filters and categories.
Booking requests with clear rules
Clients choose a service, an artist, a date, a time and the placement of their tattoo. A plain-language disclosure explains deposits before anyone submits.
A custom consent and waiver form
Clients sign with their finger or mouse on a signature pad and answer the health questions the studio needs, including allergies, bleeding disorders and an emergency contact.
ID upload and a guardian section
Clients upload their driver's license with the form, and a separate section lets a parent or guardian sign for anyone under 18.
Inside the site

The results
Paperwork done before the chair
Clients complete their consent, waiver and ID upload online, so sessions can start on time.
Less paper at the front desk
Signed forms and license photos arrive digitally instead of on clipboards and in filing cabinets.
Merch and aftercare sold online
Clothing and aftercare products can be ordered from the site, not only at the counter.
Hear it from the client
"Consent forms for a tattoo shop in Florida can be a bit tricky. And he stuck it out with me the whole way."
Kyle walks through what it took: a consent form that meets health department requirements, with the ID check and signature handled properly. It took a few months, and in his words, they "came to the other side with success."
